Press up strength test

You may not like press ups (who does?), but having a strong upper body is important for every day movements (such as lifting the shopping bags), so they’re good to incorporate into your routine. I want you to set a time for 1 minute and see how many you can do (full ones if possible, but whichever you do, make sure you're tempo is the same throughout). Make sure you’re keeping your tummy tucked in - the whole upper body needs to move together when you bend your arms to lower yourself.
