“Sarah is by far one of the most reliable, professional, kind, high-spirited, and motivating people I have ever worked with.  She keeps me motivated all the time, is always available to give feedback & advice. I feel stronger and more confident about myself!"

I was feeling sluggish and suffering with menopause symptoms when I first went to Sarah. She’s helped me find my energy levels, got me into a good fitness regime and as a result I’ve gone down two dress sizes and I'm feeling happy and confident again.

FAQ's

Is this just for women? Yes it is. If you're male and would like to work with me, I’d be happy to chat with you about alternative options

Do I need weights? For the strength-based workouts ideally you need kettlebells, dumbbells, barbell or things that you can fashion into a weighted object! There are plenty of options using just household items. But, I will also have Pilates and Barre sessions plus plenty of others that use your own bodyweight.

Can I do the workouts as a beginner? Yes. You may find some of the exercises challenging but there is usually an alternative to opt for and I will offer different levels so you can pick and choose. I am also going to be doing technique demo's so you can see a breakdown of certain exercises to ensure you're doing it correctly.

Is it just workouts and fitness? No. Being a PT that is my specialism so you'll see a fair amount about it, but exercise is just part of the picture. We need to make sure we also work on our nutrition, sleep quality, stress management and our general mental wellbeing. If one is out of kilter, you're going to see the knock-on effects. So expect plenty of posts, advice and chats on all those topics.

Does it matter if I'm not peri-menopausal? No, I'd love to help provide the knowledge and tools to those that aren't there yet, so that they're well prepared. And equally, if you're post-menopause, you're welcome too as it's good to carry on the good work!

When and where does this happen? It’s all being held in the members area of my website or if preferred you can also access via app, so you can take part wherever you wish. I will provide 'event' details of any live sessions as they come up and these may be on Zoom, GoogleMeet or YouTube, but you won't need to download anything extra.

Do I need to get involved in everything? No not at all. I don't want to add to the overwhelm, so just pick the bits you feel are relevant at the time. All conversations and posts etc will be saved in the group, so you can refer back to when you need them.

How much support do I get? I will be there to encourage and motivate you throughout. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, raise concerns and I will be there to answer. However, this isn’t personal training or 121 coaching, so there’s a limit to how much I can help on an individual level. For example, although I will give exercise modifications, I will find it difficult to tailor exercises to specific ailments. Likewise I can give support and advice on certain menopausal symptoms from a general viewpoint, but not if you have something like PCOS for example. If you want a more personalised approach then have a chat with me about personal training instead.

How does the payment work? It's a rolling monthly membership so you will pay at the same time each month (the day of the month you signed up). Founding member monthly price is £28 per month and will stand for the time you're with me. After the 15 August the regular price is £35 per month.

How do I cancel? I hope that, if you’ve taken on board the advice and ideas provided within the membership that you'll get what you're after and will hopefully have established some new healthy habits that help you manage your menopause. But if you feel that the membership isn't right for you or you've actually got all that you needed from it, you can cancel at any time before your next payment comes out.
