Who am I and what do I know?
I’m Sarah Wässer and I’m a personal trainer, Pilates instructor and health coach, who is passionate about helping you move better and empowering you to live your best life with as much vitality and confidence as possible. Who doesn't want to feel like a spring chicken in their 80s??
I know the word 'mobility' probably doesn't entice you, but I'm on a mission to show you that adding it to your daily routine can bring wonders to your life, now and in many years to come.
