Here are the payment links - first one for 1 session per week and second for 2 per week.

1 session per week: £110 billed monthly
2 sessions per week: £190 billed monthly
Commitment required:
The initial contract is for 3 months minimum (as this is a great time in which to see results!) but you will then be put on a rolling contract and I would just request a months notice when cancelling.
