Programme practice time

My friend is now totally up to speed on what I require of her. I've created a programme that incorporates some CV by way of the bike and the rowing machine, followed by some core exercises, dumbell work and what everyone loves ;-) lunging and squatting. We're now booked to work through the programme in the gym and I'm booked in for my test in a couple of weeks. Wish me luck
