Service Description

Your body has gone through a lot over the last year and some of it simply won't right itself. You firstly need to give your body time to heal (don't go rushing back to the exercise regime you had pre-baby!), but then you need to work on gently rehabilitating it. That's where I come in. In our hour long session we'll go through in-depth screening, looking at how you pregnancy went, how the birthing was and your health in general, so I can get an overall view of where you are right now and work out what the next steps might be. I will assess things like your posture, your core strength and will check for abdominal splitting (diastasis recti). I'll then take you through the practical element where I'll get you to perform some stretches, we'll practice breathing technique and I'll give you some basic exercises to start you on your journey to a fitter, stronger you. This session will be free if you then sign up to a PT package within a month. Please speak to me prior to booking as availability is changeable.


Cancellation Policy

Please give as much notice as possible if you're unable to attend a session/class. I don't want to see you out of pocket if I can help it, but equally it's my business so it's not fair I lose out either. Thank you for your understanding Classes - as these are done on a course basis if you are unable to attend I'm afraid you do forfeit that session. You may however be able to do an alternative class if there's space so please check with me. Personal training - Less than 24hrs notice and you will forfeit your session and be charged accordingly.
