  • Feel fit and healthy through your pregnancy?

  • Minimise the excess weight gain?

  • Help alleviate aches and pains?

Regardless of whether you’ve exercised much before or not, keeping active in pregnancy is really important and has lots of benefits outside just keeping fit. It helps many mums-to-be with:

  • Sleeping better
  • Recovering quicker post birth
  • An easier labour
  • Improving circulation
  • Easing backaches
  • Controlling excess weight gain
  • Reducing pregnancy related symptoms

Who doesn’t want all these things? Well, keeping physically active will certainly help.

As well as offering exercise advice I can also help with nutrition tips and when you sign up to my BumpFit course or to personal training, I provide you with a goodie pack of useful information and recipes etc.

I also have a FREE pdf of my top 5 recommended exercises for during pregnancy. Fill out your details and a copy will be sent to you.

Knowing what you can and can’t do in pregnancy is a minefield (and Googling never helps!), so I’m here to advise you on what exercise is safe to do during both pregnancy and after the birth. I’m qualified in adapting exercise for both pre and post natal ladies, so you’re in good hands.

We will initially go through a consultation that looks at your health and fitness history and how your pregnancy is currently progressing. I will then work on a programme that takes you through your trimesters in a safe way, and that strengthens the muscles needed for during labour and beyond and in general makes you feel that you’re in control of your body and not the other way round.

If working one-on-one is something you'd like to do then please book a call and we can chat through your options.

If you’re used to doing exercise and want to keep doing something relatively energetic or you just prefer the social element of fitness, I teach a group pregnancy fitness class you can join – BumpFit. As well as keeping active, it’s a great place to meet other mums-to-be in a friendly safe environment.

This is a 5 week course and is suitable for anyone at any stage of their pregnancy. I offer appropriate modifications where needed and there’s not that need to keep up with everyone, as there is in regular classes!

I haven't yet set up a class in Bristol, but if there's enough interest I'd be happy to, so just get in touch to express your interest.
