Pregnancy fitness class launched

Did my first pregnancy fitness class on Saturday and was really happy with it. I've had some good feedback, so fingers crossed they all turn up again! ;-)

I had ladies from all 3 trimesters and the exercises all had their different modifications dependant on stage. Pregnancy does strange things to your body and it's important to listen to what it's saying and ensure that you're safe in what you do. I'll write a post in the coming weeks about pregnancy, what changes it makes, what we can do to adapt exercise and what the benefits of keeping fit and healthy during this important nurtuing process are.
