Online Personal Training
This is one for those that want something more tailored than the regular online fitness plans and that need that little bit more support and accountability.
Online personal training follows the same route as the in-person alternative, in that you get the support, the encouragement, regular check-ins, food diary advice and a personalised adaptable training programme. The only difference is that you don’t physically see me. The beauty here is that you get to work out at a time and place that is convenient to you. If you travel a lot, for example, then you can simply do the workout from your hotel. There’s no racing to finish work and rush to your session or be ready when your trainer rings your door bell.
As mentioned I will be checking in with you to ensure that you’re on track and doing what I recommend, but there is an element of self-discipline and self-motivation that is needed when doing your training in this manner.

As well as 121 personal training, I do also have group training. These are small groups where I select people who have a similar goal and a similar fitness level and they get a programme suitable for them all (with options for modifying where needed). This is a cheaper option and depending on space and others at a similar stage to you, this may be a good entry point to see if it’s something you’d like to carry on.
