WHAT: workout with buggies - doing cardio and bodyweight exercises while moving round the park. All tailored to the post-natal body with full screening required beforehand.
HOW MUCH: £12 trial class and then £45 for 5 sessions (to take within 8 weeks)

WHAT: This class is a combination of low-medium impact aerobic exercise and muscular strengthening with the use of bands, weights and your own bodyweight. It is specially tailored to the pregnant body, with adaptations given for each trimester. Perfect for anyone of any stage of pregnancy and fitness level. I've had people start as early as 6 weeks and finish on their due date, and I've had gym bunnies and those that don't know what a squat is! Everyone is welcome!
